Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust brings the intrigue and sleuthing of Big Fish Games' Mystery Case Files series to the Wii system for the first time. The game transports players to the enigmatic Malgrave Island, where they must hunt for hidden objects and solve puzzles to collect a magically powerful dust scattered across the island.

Anyone can delve quickly and easily into the game's rich seek-and-solve action, using the Wii Remote controller to examine multi-layered hidden-object scenes, locate cleverly concealed items and obtain inventory items that will help to overcome brain-teasing obstacles. Multiplayer features allow players to team up and crack the case together or face off in a competitive hunt for hidden objects. (Additional controllers are required for multiplayer features and are sold separately.) No matter who’s playing, it’ll take sharp eyes and a keen mind to get to the bottom of Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust.

- For the first time in the Mystery Case Files series, hidden-object scenes have three visual layers, requiring players to zoom and scroll to find certain objects using the Wii Remote controller. Each hidden-object scene contains an inventory item that will help players access new areas, solve other puzzles and unravel the mysteries of Malgrave Island. In addition to puzzles, players will encounter hidden collectible items that can unlock a bonus story.
- In Adventure Mode, up to four people can play cooperatively to solve the multi-layered hidden-object scenes. The main player controls the camera and additional players can join in on the adventure at any time during normal game play.
- A gripping storyline will keep players engaged as they progress through the game’s puzzle-based challenges. Legend has it that a strange dust found on Malgrave Island has the power to cure any illness. As players collect the dust, they also unearth the island’s many mysteries and raise questions about a wealthy industrialist with a secretive past.

Good Interesting story with adventure elements that require players to find objects to use in scenes and solve puzzles. The scenes look pretty. Simple controls. Can play competitive multiplayer games. Players can work together through the main campaign. There are little extra items to find around the island like postcards. Bad In some cases it seems like an HDTV is required to properly find objects. If you don’t have a good TV that’s properly adjusted, it can be difficult to read the text stating which objects you have to find. Some objects can be really hard to find since the scenes have different layers and you have to adjust the camera just so, then press the right button to hold that position, to see them. Only on...
